The mission of the Ka ‘onohi Foundation as a non-profit 501(c)(3) is to educate and expose the public to the history, language, and culture of the Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islander Peoples.

The Ka`onohi Foundation  promotes scholastic and cultural education for students who volunteer at the Sacramento Aloha Festival.  Each year, qualified students are invited to apply for a scholarship toward the college or trade school of their choosing.
