Sacramento Aloha Festival 2024 Entertainment Application

Please read the Entertainment Application in its entirety before submission and note that you will be required to submit a photo and a bio along with your application. All fields with an asterisk must be completed before you will be allowed to submit your application.

Application deadline is July 13, 2024. Entertainment will again be offered on TWO stages in 2024. Stage assignment and schedule is at the sole discretion of the Entertainment Coordinator. The schedule will not be finalized or released until after the July 13, 2024 deadline.

EQUIPMENT
The Sacramento Aloha Festival will provide power, professional sound, microphones and stands, monitors, dressing area, clothes rack, table, and chairs. Please indicate your specific equipment needs:

Please indicate what you plan to bring to your performance site. You are responsible for transporting your equipment from designated loading areas.

If using recorded music for your performance, please indicate media type (i.e., CD, USB Drive, tablet, laptop, etc.)

EVENT ADMISSION AND PARKING
Sacramento Aloha Festival 2024 admission charge is $5 for all adults, children 10-under are free. Please indicate the number of entrance tickets you will require for your performers (ages 11-over only).

SAF 2024 will be at Gold Country Fairgrounds, 209 Fairgate Rd, Auburn, CA 95603. Parking Prices: $5.00 for motorcycles, $10.00 all vehicles. There is no discounted or advance purchase parking for the main lot.

Entertainers are allowed to park ONE vehicle in the Vendor Lot located at 1273 High Street, Auburn, CA 95603. A vendor lot pass will be included with your complimentary admission tickets.
